CHECK IN AT CASA DEL TIO | 12 PM.

They will be able to arrive in the morning and take advantage of touring the region, checking in the rooms at noon.

 

WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION | 1:00 p.m.

We will make the formal opening of the retreat with a presentation of the guides and detailing the circuit of activities that we will have.

 

FOOD | 2 pm.

We will taste a surprise meal from the chef.

 

DAY HIKING | 3:00 p.m.

We will climb the hill in contemplation of nature to open the senses and develop full attention.

⭐ MEDITATION WITH KRIYAS | 4 PM.

On the hill we will carry out a practice by the hand of Miroslava that is included in the Tantra Kriya and focuses on the reactivation of sexual energy, based on the fact that the affirmation of the sexual glands is what puts the rest of the body system into operation.

 

HIKING SUNSET | 5:00 p.m.

We will descend from the hill with the sunset in the background.

 

REST | 6:00 p.m.

It will be the moment of cleanliness and relaxation, in order to prepare for the ceremony.

 

⭐ NUMA CEREMONY | 7:00 p.m.

We will work with the first sacred medicine from the hand of Inti, known as Numa, a herbal mixture of love plants from different regions of the world, which allows access to expanded states of consciousness and develops the connection with one's own spirit. We will taste a surprise dinner from the chef. After that, we will rest in order to be optimal for the following day.

BREAKFAST | 6:30 a.m.

We will taste a full breakfast, surprise from the chef.

 

BOAT TRIP TO THE ISLAND | 7 hours.

We will travel by boat to the virgin island, taking advantage of the trip as preparation for the sunrise.

 

CAMP SETUP | 8 hours.

We will prepare the living space for the ceremony.

 

⭐ WACHUMA CEREMONY | 8:30 a.m.

The Wachuma is a sacred medicine from South America, of ancestral use and enormous healing benefits. It is characterized by being able to work during the day and possessing a loving and wise spirit. The ceremony will be guided by Inti and will last 7 hours, in which we will have moments of introspection and guidance through songs and live music, energy cleansing, therapies, offerings to the earth, and more. After that, the medicine will continue to act in a more subtle way until the end of the day. BOAT RETURN TO THE PENINSULA | 4 PM.

We will return to "La Casa del Tío" taking advantage of the boat trip as part of the ceremony process, being able to contemplate the sunset throughout our journey.

 

REST | 5:00 p.m.

We will have a moment of rest and cleanliness for whoever likes it, as a preparation to crown the activity of this important day.

 

⭐ DEEP CHAKRA HARMONIZATION MEDITATION | 6:00 p.m.

Hand in hand with Miroslava, we will work with the purpose of harmonizing the seven vital chakras as energy transmitters. This deep meditation allows human beings to raise their vibratory frequency and reduce stress levels and, therefore, improve their state of mind and health. Frequently, one of the chakras that is most misaligned is the so-called root chakra, located in the genital area.  This has to do with the connection with the earth, work, prosperity. When we work on the alignment of our chakras we feel more vital, the mood rises, we feel the connection with mother nature and with divinity in a calm and confident way that the process of life takes care of us, it moves away fear about the future and there is a greater willingness to carry out our work with love and energetic vitality. People feel happy and attract everything they want to achieve their goals.

⭐ TALK ABOUT SEXUAL ENERGY ON THE BEACH | 9 a.m.

From the hand of Miroslava we will address the knowledge about how spiritual sexuality is directed towards achieving greater harmony in our life as a couple, towards a full realization as human beings, to live as a single body and a single soul that complement each other. The most powerful energy source in the world is sexual energy. Sex moves human beings, relationships. Sex unites two people o  separates them. Sex makes us reach limits we didn't think we were capable of, it leads us to seek fulfillment with whom we feel connected.

Sexuality is much more than a physical act, through it we are able to share sensations and energy, but above all emotions, feelings and passions. If we leave it in a mere physical expression without any deep connection, sooner or later we end up falling into a spiritual void, emotional loneliness and difficulties with our partner.

 

⭐ DYNAMIC MEDITATION ON THE BEACH | 10:30 a.m.

This meditation is a fast, intense and total way to break with the old patterns ingrained in the body-mind that keep us prisoners of the past, and experience the freedom, observation, silence and peace that are hidden behind the walls of this prison. You can do this meditation on your own, but it might be easier to start with other people. It is an individual experience, so you must remain oblivious to who you have around you. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

This meditation is one hour long and consists of five stages. Keep your eyes closed and, if necessary, you can use a blindfold to cover your eyes. It is a meditation in which, whatever you do, you have to be constantly alert, aware and awake.

 

⭐ SEXUAL MAGIC WORKSHOP | 12 PM.

From the hand of Miroslava we will carry out a practice of sexual magic is to use sexual arousal or orgasm with the visualization of a desired result. Sexual magic is so often misunderstood, but those who practice erotic magic know that it is just another form of magical manifestation. "You have an intention and you use orgasms or sex as a tool to achieve that particular intention." Through an erotic and very sensory meditation, we will reach cosmic orgasm (bliss) using that energy to manifest.

We will crown the internal work with this ceremony of deep connection and expansion of perception from the use of the shamanic drum, which will be guided by Inti, who is a specialist in guiding expanded states of consciousness with the pure touch of this sacred instrument. CLOSING CEREMONY | 5:00 p.m.

We will energetically close the work of the retreat with a final integration and a future projection of everything that has been worked on these days.

 

FREE TIME | 6:00 p.m.

We will retire after finishing the retreat, leaving this moment of the afternoon for a free walk and sightseeing in the area for whoever likes it. The check-out can be this day for those who have to fly at night, or the next morning.
